Refunds & Cancellation Fees:
* There will be a $200 non-refundable deposit for all monthly bookings, should you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to call the office.
* If you are a monthly renter and are more than 3 (three) days late on your rent, there will be a $25 late fee plus $5/day for every day late after that.
* There will be a flat rate charge of $6.00 for every refund, no EXCEPTIONS.
* A 48 hour advanced cancellation is required for a
refund.
* We accept ALL credit cards - Visa, MC, AMEX, Disc, etc.
* Check in time is at 12:00 noon.
* Check out time is at 11:00 am.
* There is a $35.00
fee on all returned checks.
